Fritz has built log homes in Lumby, British Columbia for a period of 7 years, and his love for building with wood grows.

Fritz, and his wife A.J. then started Driftwood Logworks. A.J. likes to build log, or slab bird houses, and believes the bird species you love needs its own beautiful sanctuary.

Driftwood started in 1994 in Lumby, BC, building log furniture, staircases, hand railing made out of pine or twiganometry, using interwoven willow branches.

Mother Nature gave us the ability to build beautiful things out of what only she can provide.

All our furniture is hand peeled, and handcrafted, it is ideal for your getaway cabin in the bushes, or your home in the city. We also have a line of outdoor furniture.
